Basso action

What we've been up to lately...

Photobucket

Isabella comes out for a while, though I couldn't tell if she was enjoying herself or not.

Photobucket

Kendall wanted to go outside, but didn't want to wear mittens, for fear of losing the band-aid on her finger. So she wallows in misery while a couple other kids enjoy going on the deck.

Photobucket

Isabella did walk around a bit.

Photobucket

Kendall still musing over her band-aid decision.

Photobucket

Out at the park with snow. I put Josh at the bottom of the stairs, but he wasn't motivated to move.

Photobucket

Baby Isaiah stayed nice and warm in the car seat, where he was finally sleeping!

Photobucket

The snow aids Kendall's attempt on the swing.

Photobucket

Cecelia shows off her climbing skills with boots on.

Photobucket

Kendall scales the playground.

Photobucket

Cecelia takes the slide.

Photobucket

Kendall was frustrated walking through the snow. It was crunchy, and her foot got stuck frequently. "Stop it." she would tell the snow every time.

Photobucket

Cecelia visits with Josh, trying to encourage him to climb the stairs.

Photobucket

It's warmed up, so some of the snow melted the next week. I took the kids to the park, where Cecelia and Kendall found a bucket and shovel left over from the fall.

Photobucket

It was colder than I thought, so I kept Baby Josh close to me this time.

Photobucket

Maeve finding some snow to stand on.

Photobucket

The other day I pulled the trombone out to show the girls.

Photobucket

Cecelia plays a bit.

Photobucket
Kendall does too.

Photobucket

Josh doesn't know what to make of it.

Photobucket

The girls playing with play-doh.

Photobucket

How many other day care providers grill up hotdogs for the kids at lunch?

Photobucket

The girls playing nicely. Notice Kendall brushing her hair.

Photobucket

Maeve was bringing all the toys she could to Isabella for some reason.

Photobucket

They laugh at me as I suggest they put the toys back.

Photobucket

Kendall keeps working on her hair for some reason.

Photobucket

Now Kendall attempts to brush Cecelia's hair.

Photobucket

What the heck, let's brush Isabella's hair too!

Photobucket

The girls play nice with Isaiah.

Photobucket

Isaiah was crying, so tried putting him in the saucer... he didn't seem impressed.

Photobucket

Baby Josh says, "Hey, I'm the big kid now!"

Photobucket

Cecelia tries to help Isaiah feel better.

Photobucket

Soon to be a walker! Stood like this for for nearly a minute!

Emotions run the gamut at Basso!

We had a lot of excitement at Basso the last couple days. First off, I was very very proud of the pony tails I did on the girls yesterday.

Photobucket

Then we had the puppet theater set up, and had happy puppet shows all day!

Photobucket

Then we found the Goldy gopher ball, and took turns, passing the ball around. What fun it is to share!

Photobucket

Baby Josh and Cecelia wrestle a bit, Josh LOVES this!

Photobucket

For some reason, Josh has really enjoyed pulling this purple boa along with him where ever he goes... kinda reminiscent of our former wrestler governor.

Photobucket

Kendall gets bonked on the head with the Goldy gopher ball, and does a great poor me, I got hit with the ball act, so she acts real sad.

Photobucket

Cecelia, not to be outdone, also pulls a poor me, I got hit by the ball (though I really didn't) act. Not quite as convincing as Kendall, but she's working on it.

Photobucket

Here's baby Josh and that Boa!

Photobucket

The big excitement today was painting!

Photobucket

After carefully giving instructions, I let Cecelia paint.

Photobucket

She's called this "Happy!"

Photobucket

Then Kendall takes a turn...

Photobucket

She calls this "Really Happy!"

Photobucket

I took my turn, I call this "Scary monster under the sun"

Photobucket

Josh and Isaiah play nice this morning.

Photobucket

Cecelia joins the fun.

Photobucket

Hey, what's Isabella doing with that purple boa?!
